#photoadayApril – Day 20 – 22

I got the idea (and many of the designs/patterns) from a pin on pinterest. I hope to redo it (correcting the shape of the B and using my own designs/patterns) sometime in the future, and either burn it on wood or frame it.

Be Radiant - a fruity white wine I used in sangria for Girls Day...

Aside from our VIP Bamboozle tickets... which were bought online - this dog toy was the last thing I bought!

I had a really fun weekend, with the last “event” yet to occur — we’ll be heading out to our Need to Breathe show soon… which I am very excited for!

Yesterday I had a friend over for a crafty girls day – to celebrate her bday. We made some awesome tissue paper pouf wreaths – the idea and tutorial came from Roeshel @ DIY Showoff. It was a little tricky to figure out how to pull the tissue paper into a pouf…but with the help of a youtube video – we figured it out! ๐Ÿ™‚

We also did our nails – which was super fun, and somewhat amusing – doing complicated manicures can be tricky, especially when using tape – which sometimes pulls nail polish off and is thus counterproductive… haha! But, we figure it out and I think we did a pretty good job! ๐Ÿ™‚

Our fancy manicures

What did you get up to this weekend?

On a side note – this week is NIAW (National Infertility Awareness Week) — and I hope to participate in some small way through blogging – we’ll see if I can write a post worthy enough, and if I find the time… Otherwise — please check out one of these awesome blogs/sites – with tons of information regarding infertility.
